DeepRoot

DeepRoot is a 2D Platform/Action game where you have to get to the roots of your tree to stop the evil FROG from killing it! (How rude!)

This game was developed for the Spring UNCC Game Jam, under the theme "Level Down". I interpreted the idea as the player falling down a level every time they cleared a level : )

Game's Developer: Typ Imko (AKA Mathew Shimko) I accidentally uploaded it to my Game Dev Class's team Itch page, so... yeah. That's why I'm listed as a contributor on my own game lol.

Controls:

WASD: Movement

WASD + Enter -> Directional Attack

Space - Jump

Space (In Midair) - Dash Jump (Deals Damage).

If you touch a enemy or hazard, you lose health!

Grab the Green Hearts that enemies sometimes drop to increase your HP!
